Business Development Manager

An entrepreneurial sales position which generates and manages leads, prospects, and sales for an exciting, custom manufactured geodesic dome product for high-end corporate events, tradeshows, concerts, festivals, weddings and multi-media projection along with various shelter and greenhouse applications.

Leverage creativity and tenacity to generate sales opportunities via direct mail and email campaigns, outbound calls, on-the-road experiential marketing and strategic partnerships/sponsorships with event companies.

Job Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed monthly sales quota
Leverage creative and effective lead generation, management and sales techniques
Manage prospect funnel and sales pipeline effectively
Maintain high presentation-to-close ratios
Willing to work flexible hours

Minimum Qualifications:

2-5 years experience successfully generating sales and meeting sales objectives or quotas
Out of the box prospecting abilities
Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial, unstructured, sometimes chaotic environment
Effective, professional communication and presentation skills
Interested in geodesic domes as an immersive environment
Experience using email, internet browsers, ACT 9.0 and MS Office software
Hard working, driven, and motivated to sell
High School Diploma required, college degree a plus

Some travel outside of Ashland, Oregon required for marketing purposes
